THE FARMHOUSE AND ITS FACILITIES

Podere Casella is a farmhouse situated on a big green area of about 3.000 s.m. It offers wide spaces so that our guest can spend a whole holiday in the open air, keepping in touch with nature and with a beautiful and breathtaking landscape.

The swimming pool with its solarium, the pine-wood, the soccer court and the porch with a view, provide relax and amusement thenks to the peacefulness of the umbrian country. The natural settino made of woods, olive groves, hills and ancient medieval costles, makes of our farmhouse a inique property of its kind.

The 18 century farmhouse, situated on the top of a hill and restarted with care and passion by the owners, is composed of three living unites offering 13 seats in all:

• “Il Portico” liniked to the panoramic terrace,
• “Il Camino” which offers a diving room of 70 s.m. with a big fireplace,
• “Il Forno”, a cherming and comfortable small flat.

All the flats are provied of TV and private bathrooms.
